Delivery is to be made to the address or port as contails
in the form.
Can someone delivers on my behalf?
Yes someone can deliver for you. The person will have
all the a copy of your shipping note and customs paper.
Can TRACK FORWARDING collect the vehicle?
Yes we arrange collections of all vehicles at a small
cost with our recovery trucks or low bed.

There are security offices at the entrance of Tilbury
Freeport to give you direction to where we are.
What if I forget my shipment and customs paperwork?
We can always fax the paperwork to grimade office
at port of Tilbury
How do I make payment?
You can pay by cash to TRACK FORWARDING OFFICE, BANK
TRANSFER, OR Cheque
When do I get my bill of lading?
The bill of lading will be sent to you within 4 working
days after the vessel departure.
Can I make payment after the vessel departure?
Yes, but payment has to be made on time to avoid the bill of lading
being delayed.
What happens when I lose my bill of lading?
Telex release can be arranged, this will enable the
consignee to collect the vehicle on our Electronic instruction.
How long does a telex release take?
Appox 24 hours depending on the age of the shipment.

What if the bill of lading has incorrect details
what do I do?
If the bill of lading is incorrect, it often results in charges.
It's important you check your documents we send to you, all the
details will be transferred from those onto your bill of lading
What if my van is overweight?
Overweight vehicles are not accepted on port services,
however should this is the case extra charges will be made by
you to handle the overweight.

What is a bill of lading?
It is a legal document required to allow merchant
release, the consignee will need at least one copy in order to
collect their consigenments. Without a valid bill of lading you
will need a telex release.
What if I’m late?
While late appointment is not allowed due to tight
schedule on the port, you will have to inform us on time. This
will usaully attract extra charges. Depending on the scenario
we may store your consignment on your arrival or cancel the appointment.
What do I do when my goods arrive?
When the goods arrive you must arrange your collection
charges, duties and taxes. These charges are the shippers responsibility
not us the agent. Only if your shipment is to your door, this will
be priced differently and is not very common. We can provide agent
details to you when you contact us.
